  1. Be specific on what you need help with and where you are struggling.
  2. There will be a learning curve (on boarding and relationship building) with the your VA.
  3. You need to understand your VA’s integrity because they will represent you behind the scenes. It is important to know that you can trust the person.
  4. When you decide to work with a VA, always start with an easy task and then build up to the hard stuff.

    I have sought out a virtual assistant. They are very important, but I think it can be difficult to decide when you really need one. Many virtual assistants may not always follow through as needed with the goals and strategies for their business.
